SMPS Designer License Agreement
A User of the SMPS Designer package is a person or organization who purchased a License to use one or
more documents part of the SMPS Designer package. By purchasing a License the User agreed with the
SMPS Designer License Agreement. A User must keep only one computer copy and one hard copy of the
files he purchased.
ADH2450Deszh.xls is a confidential document, part of the SMPS Designer package, and provided under the
SMPS Designer License Agreement for the User's confidential and personal use only. The User will not allow
it to be reproduced or its content disclosed without written permission from SMPS Power Supplies, Inc..
Intellectual Property developed by SMPS Power Supplies, Inc. and included in the SMPS Designer package
shall remain the sole property of SMPS Power Supplies, Inc..
SMPS Power Supplies, Inc. revises this package from time to time. In doing so, it shall incur no obligation
furnish such revisions to you. Furthermore, SMPS Power Supplies, Inc. may elect to charge an update fee
for such revisions.
USER'S LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY EXTENDS AND WILL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD SMPS POWER SUPPLIES, INC.
SAFE AND HARMLESS AGAINST ANY PROSECUTION OR SUIT ARISING FROM OR PROMPTED BY THE USER
USE OF ANY MATERIAL OR INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE SMPS DESIGNER PACKAGE.
SMPS Power Supplies, Inc. will usually send the files containing SMPS Designer package via e-mail, and will
replace any lost or corrupted file within six months from the date of purchase.
IN NO EVENT WILL SMPS POWER SUPPLIES, INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, DIRECT, INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE ARISING OUT OF THE USE
OR THE INABILITY TO USE THIS SOFTWARE AND THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE SMPS DESIGNER
PACKAGE.
SMPS Power Supplies, Inc. makes no warranties or representations either express or implied, with respect
to this software, the information and the opinions contained in the SMPS Designer package, the sufficiency,
the quality, performance, marketability, or fitness for any particular purpose. The entire risk is with you,
the User, which will assume all responsibilities, risks and liabilities for the operation and results.
SMPS POWER SUPPLIES, INC. DOES NOT GIVE YOU ANY LICENSE OR RIGHT, NOR IS PROHIBITING YOU
TO MANUFACTURE AND SELL PRODUCTS USING THE INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THE SMPS DESIGNER
PACKAGE LICENSED TO YOU.
SMPS Power Supplies, Inc. makes no representation that the use of circuits and information contained in
the SMPS Designer package will not infringe on existing or future patents rights, or patent or other rights of
third parties. No patent liability shall incurred for the use of the circuits and information described herein.
BEFORE MANUFACTURING AND SELLING PRODUCTS USING THE INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THE SMPS
DESIGNER PACKAGE, YOU, THE USER, MUST HAVE AN ATTORNEY MAKE AN INVESTIGATION AND
DETERMINE IF A LICENSE MAY BE REQUIRED. ALL RESPONSIBILITIES TO DETERMINE IF A LICENSE
IS REQUIRED AND FROM WHOM, IS WITH YOU, THE USER OF THE SMPS DESIGNER PACKAGE,
AND NOT WITH SMPS POWER SUPPLIES, INC..
All statements, technical information and recommendations herein we believe to be reliable, but the
accuracy or completeness is not guaranteed. Before using, the User shall determine the suitability of the
information for the intended use, and assume all risks and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.
SMPS Power Supplies, Inc. and the authors of these files are supplying information but are not attempting
to render engineering or other professional services.
This agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, CANADA.
